Return Policy

At Palmer & Co. we want our clothes to empower you and make you feel your absolute best! If any of the items you have purchased do not meet your expectations, we are happy to accept any items that meet the following requirements:

• Must receive your return within 15 days of you receiving your order
• Must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, no makeup or self tanner marks
• Only regular priced items are eligible, any sale items will not be refunded. 
• All Sale Items, Swimwear, Accessories and Gift Cards are Final Sale & will not be eligible for a refund. 

Please email Return@shoppalmerco.com including your Order Number and the reason for your return.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once returned items are received, we will thoroughly inspect the item and process the return within 3 business days. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
